Definición: Un ultimátum es una resolución definitiva que establece un periodo de tiempo específico para que se cumplan unas exigencias determinadas y que viene respaldada por una advertencia que será cumplida en caso de que las exigencias no se satisfagan. Un ultimátum es generalmente la demanda final de una serie de peticiones. Como tal, el tiempo asignado suele ser poco, y se sobreentiende que no se abrirá ninguna negociación posterior.

Exigencia:
1- Con fecha 30 de Enero de 2010 todos los acuerdos logrados en la Mesa de Conciliación Salarial deberán estar registrados en los desprendibles de pago de los beneficiarios.
ADVERTENCIA: Si cumplido el plazo anterior establecido en el presente ULTIMÁTUM no se ha satisfecho nuestra exigencia, las Reservas de Colombia venidas desde todas las regiones del País a la Gran Convención Nacional programada para el 30 de Enero de 2010 a las 14:00 hrs., en el Coliseo Cubierto Santa Isabel de Hungría, definirán las medidas contundentes de presión contra el Gobierno, conducentes a hacer respetar los compromisos acordados entre el negociador del Gobierno y nuestros voceros. Estas medidas tendrán carácter de indefinidas y no se levantarán hasta tanto no se dé solución definitiva a nuestra problemática salarial.
